In collaboration with Dr. Zenon Waldemar Dudek, I designed and implemented two advanced training programs for ASM GROUP: the ASM Leadership Academy (Akademia Lidera ASM) for top management, and the Forge of Results (Kuźnia Efektów) for mid-level managers. Utilizing cutting-edge AI tools such as GPT Chat, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, and Cloud AI, I developed the visual identity and comprehensive materials for workshops that engaged hundreds of participants.
I fine-tuned AI systems to understand the specific needs of both the trainer and the team, which allowed me to automate the creation of impactful training materials. This effort resulted in a comprehensive set of resources for ten developmental sessions, providing a visually engaging and effective learning experience. The outcome significantly improved team competencies and demonstrated how AI can transform educational design by blending efficiency with creativity.
