I designed and implemented a web-based video sales system for 72 TOYOTA and LEXUS dealerships in Poland. The platform trained 300+ representatives and enabled over 10,000 customer connections, facilitating live presentations of vehicles, equipment customization, and tailored financing - all without downloading additional software.
As UX/UI designer, system architect, and team lead, I delivered a scalable, user-friendly solution. The system ranked TOYOTA and LEXUS first in innovation and online service in KANTAR’s survey for Auto Świat. It drove record-breaking sales, significantly improving market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
The KANTAR test revealed the outstanding performance of the TOYOTA video sales platform. In the Auto Świat survey, TOYOTA and LEXUS ranked first for innovation and online customer service. Out of nearly 400 dealerships evaluated, 20 were recognized by KANTAR, and notably, 15 of these dealerships employed the system I designed. This highlights the system's significant contribution to enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving operational excellence.
