In response to the humanitarian crisis resulting from the war in Ukraine, I was selected by the Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to design a digital platform aimed at addressing the urgent employment needs of over 3 million Ukrainian refugees arriving in Poland. Partnering with BGK and Poland's leading recruitment company, BIGRAM SA, I developed VDOMA—a solution that helps refugees smoothly navigate the recruitment process.
I designed the complete user journey, emphasizing an intuitive user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) that simplified CV submission and ensured accessibility. The platform connected Ukrainian job seekers with employment opportunities, addressing their unique needs while overcoming cultural and linguistic barriers. My efficient and professional approach enabled the project to meet tight deadlines, delivering impactful results in record time.
The VDOMA platform exemplifies how thoughtful design and technology can create meaningful solutions to global challenges. Today, it continues to support refugees in rebuilding their lives through employment opportunities. More at https://empiriaiwiedza.pl/projekty/program-vdoma-serwis-vdoma-org
