I created a platform aimed at making professional development services—such as coaching, mentoring, and training—accessible to everyone. The platform allows users to determine their growth needs through a structured self-assessment and easily book sessions with the most suitable coach or mentor based on their specific goals.
The main challenge was to address the needs of various stakeholders: trainers and their employers (training firms), employees seeking professional development, and their supervisors or HR teams. The platform connects these interests by providing tools for scheduling, transparent service management, billing, and evaluation tracking. This approach ensures clarity and value for all parties involved while promoting accountability and measurable outcomes.
To future-proof the platform, we developed and organized an AI-ready process using the Lominger Competency Matrices. After onboarding, users complete a comprehensive self-assessment that identifies their aspirations, role-specific requirements, and professional challenges. This data is structured for seamless integration with AI systems, allowing for real-time analysis and the generation of personalized programs. Programs are tailored to users based on their self-identified needs, with qualified specialists assigned according to their expertise and the specific requirements of each program.
As the lead designer, I developed the user experience (UX) and interface, guiding the team in creating a minimum viable product (MVP) using low and no-code tools such as FlutterFlow and Calendly. The platform is fully equipped for AI integration, providing a scalable and intelligent solution that personalizes development paths while effectively addressing organizational needs.
